No, itâs not possible to rent bedrooms separately, the villa is rented exclusively in its entirety and can accommodate up to 14 guests. The rental rates do not change according to the number of guests.
No, Villa Vianci is an exclusive-use villa rental, and we provide accommodation only. The Guides section is designed to offer curated ideas and practical planning tips for day trips, events, and local experiences, but it is not a booking platform.
In some cases, we can assist with a small number of in-villa services, such as arranging a private chef, cooking experiences at the villa, or similar services that take place on site and are delivered specifically for Villa Vianci guests. For all other tours and activities, including tickets, excursions, tastings, attractions, transport services, and events, bookings and payments are handled directly with the third-party providers, under their availability and terms.
The nearest town is the small village of Staggia Senese 2km away from the villa. There is a small supermarket, restaurants, bars, post office, ATM and pharmacy. There is also a country road that allows you to reach the village on foot, it is a nice walk, but since the villa is located on the top of a hill while the village is downstream, we recommend the use of the car to reach the nearest services.
Being immersed in the countryside the car is recommended but not strictly necessary, as we have contacts with private drivers. However, it is absolutely necessary to book any transfer or excursion well in advance, as it is not easy to find drivers available at the last minute.
No, the villa will be at your exclusive use, on top floor of the villa, with separate access, there is the apartment of the caretaker. The attentive staff will be available for the maintenance of the park and swimming pool and for any requirement. We want to underline that, where not otherwise indicated, all internal and external spaces are at the exclusive guestâs disposal.
The villa is rented only for stays for groups of up to 14 people. The equipment and spaces are arranged for this number of guests. Special events such as weddings can take place at the villa only after preliminary approval and with the assistance of an external wedding planner. For any kind of special event held at the villa, an event fee is required in addition to the rental rate of the villa.
