Villa Vianci is always rented on an exclusive-use basis. The entire villa, gardens and private swimming pool are reserved for one group only, with accommodation for up to 14 guests. Individual rooms cannot be booked separately and there will be no other guests sharing the property.
During the main summer season, stays generally run from Saturday to Saturday, with a minimum stay of 7 nights. Outside peak periods, shorter stays or different arrival days may be possible depending on availability. Please contact us with your preferred dates.
A car is strongly recommended, as Villa Vianci is in the Tuscan countryside and it gives you much more freedom to explore the area. We can also put guests in contact with trusted private drivers for airport or railway-station transfers and day trips. Transfers should be arranged well in advance, especially in high season.
Yes. We can help put guests in contact with selected local professionals for services that take place at the villa, such as private chef dinners, cooking experiences and similar in-villa activities. These services are subject to availability and are provided and paid for separately.
Any compulsory or optional costs not included in the accommodation rate are clearly stated before the booking is confirmed. Depending on the stay, these may include final cleaning, the local tourist tax, air-conditioning consumption and any optional services requested by guests. Your quotation or booking agreement will always specify the applicable charges.
Standard check-in is from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you have particular arrival requirements, please let us know in advance. Earlier access may sometimes be possible depending on the previous booking, but cannot be guaranteed.
Villa Vianci does not operate as a tour or excursion booking agency. Our Guides section offers ideas and practical information for exploring Tuscany, while tours, tickets, tastings, excursions and transport services are booked and paid directly with the relevant third-party providers.
In some cases, we can assist with a small number of in-villa services, such as arranging a private chef, cooking experiences at the villa, or similar services that take place on site and are delivered specifically for Villa Vianci guests. For all other tours and activities, including tickets, excursions, tastings, attractions, transport services, and events, bookings and payments are handled directly with the third-party providers, under their availability and terms.
Staggia Senese is the nearest village and has useful local services, while Poggibonsi offers larger supermarkets, shops and a wider choice of restaurants. We are also happy to share our recommendations for restaurants, local food shops and practical services before your stay.
Small private celebrations or ceremonies may be possible by prior agreement. Villa Vianci is primarily an exclusive-use holiday villa rather than a full-service wedding venue, so guest numbers, external suppliers, music, set-up and any applicable event fee must always be agreed with us in advance.
