Who we are

Ciao! We are Chiara and Tommaso, a couple of psychologist who, several years ago, embarked on a journey from the splendid Florence to the heart of the Tuscan countryside, driven by our love for its traditions and the allure of new adventures. Our affection for this beautiful land led us to breathe new life into our family’s 18th-century villa, meticulously remodeling and modernizing it to create a warm and inviting retreat for travelers from near and far.

In the continuous evolution of Villa Vianci, which began welcoming guests from all corners of the world since 1986, we have specialized in hosting vacations that bring together families and friends, aiming to create an environment where unforgettable moments are not just made, but deeply felt and shared.

No, it’s not possible to rent bedrooms separately, the villa is rented exclusively in its entirety and can accommodate up to 14 guests. The rental rates do not change according to the number of guests.

Breakfast is a daily service available on request for groups of at least 6 guests and for a minimum of 5 days. Breakfast is served in a dining hall on the top floor of the villa and includes: coffee, cappuccino, tea, milk, bread, toast, local cheeses, hams and salami, eggs, biscuits, jams, fruit juices, yogurt, cereals, croissants or cakes.

The nearest town is the small village of Staggia Senese 2km away from the villa. There is a small supermarket, restaurants, bars, post office, ATM and pharmacy. There is also a country road that allows you to reach the village on foot, it is a nice walk, but since the villa is located on the top of a hill while the village is downstream, we recommend the use of the car to reach the nearest services.

Being immersed in the countryside the car is recommended but not strictly necessary, as we have contacts with private drivers. However, it is absolutely necessary to book any transfer or excursion well in advance, as it is not easy to find drivers available at the last minute.

No, the villa will be at your exclusive use, on top floor of the villa, with separate access, there is the apartment of the caretaker. The attentive staff will be available for the maintenance of the park and swimming pool and for any requirement. We want to underline that, where not otherwise indicated, all internal and external spaces are at the exclusive guest’s disposal.

The villa is rented only for stays for groups of up to 14 people. The equipment and spaces are arranged for this number of guests. Special events such as weddings can take place at the villa only after preliminary approval and with the assistance of an external wedding planner. For any kind of special event held at the villa, an event fee is required in addition to the rental rate of the villa.
